Nano question.

Here's the question of the day. What, or who, helped to inspire you to create your NaNo main character? Was it someone said or did? Or how about creating the novel itself? Do you make it up as you go along or do you have everything already planned out?

Well, duckies, NaNoWriMo is upon us! Only six whole days away! Are you all a-rarin' and ready for it? Part of me says yes while the other part isn't so sure.

Count down until NaNoWriMo begins now! Alls I can say is that I'm impatient for it to begin! I've started mentally working on the layout of my story and am writing it as a Christmas present for someone.

This year, it might be even harder to stuff my inner editor into the closet. Cookies helped keep her quiet last year, but I need something different this year. Any suggestions? Does anyone know what to give an inner editor in order to keep them quiet?
